I was very excited to buy my Multivan
E Hybrid back in October 2022 it happened to be the only one in the country at the time. After driving the multivan for just under 3 months the gearbox failed. I have now had around 6 different loan cars and my multivan is still not fixed. After trying to fix the gearbox multiple times I have now been waiting for a replacement gearbox that is still on back order. In total this has almost been 7 months andI still have no light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so disappointed the vehicle has now been of the road longer than I’ve actually had it.
