Retired in 2014 and bought a new California SE 180 campervan. 10 yrs later and 135,000 + miles we decided that loading bikes on a bike rack and unpacking/packing on campsites was getting more difficult and different to pre-covid. Hotels etc beckoned.
But, I liked driving the T5.1, I like the room and so decided a Multivan SWB with the middle row seats removed and rear seats moved would allow us to carry 2 x folding e-bikes.
So we picked up a Black Multivan Style Hybrid on the 5th November. After 1,500 miles it was the best decision we made.
