YesComplete mistake, no option to have a blind, dealers state the special glass will stop heat radiation. Ok if you live north of 50 deg, north europe. The glass roof does not stop the interior heating up, in fact if your AC fails it would be very uncomfortable to drive the vehicle. Such a shame as the VW MULTIVAN has great steering and driver all round visibility. BUT if you want to reduce the fan speed or change ventilation direction then this means taking your eyes off the road to use the touch screen. In fact most operations involve using the touch screen. Which is not intuitive. Whats wrong with standard rotary controls like on a T5 ? To operate rotary controls mean you can keep looking ahead at the road. There is a serious safety issue here. I bought the 2L diesel but would think twice before buying another because of the lousy touch screen.Hi, is anyone else experiencing major problems with their T7 Multivan?

That in turn is due to supply chain issues across the industry.I'm thinking to buy T7 Multivan as it looks great on paper. However, concerned that I haven't seen many on the road, suggests sales are slow, the high price for options, and worst of all, I read several reliability issues with slow fixes, suggesting spares have not been easy to get hold of. Am I being a bit paranoid, parting with 55k+ is a big one for me!!!!

About the electric range; promessed 50km , never more than 42km in summertime, between 25km and 30km in winter using wintertires.I'm starting to have a few niggles ? Driver side door was always a hit or miss if you slammed it enough to close it , I've left it unlocked and missed a few charges due to this . ( Fixed now) I've also had issues with the lights in the back randomly switching on ,replacement ordered .
My biggest issue is the battery ? It's starting to take a very long time to get a full charge ? 100% charge has never given me more than 22 miles on the display ? Has anybody else has this issue ? I understand if it said 30 miles and I drive like a maniac I'll get 10 miles but the display never gives me more than 22 miles to start with ? I'm raising this issue with the garage .

Did you check the battery reserved amount? You should put it bottom down to use the max 10kw of the pack electric only. Do you use the vw app?Unfortunately I also have several problems:
1 - When charged to 100% it does not travel more than 14km (instead of the 50 advertised) - Support says there is no problem.
2 - When maneuvering with the steering wheel fully turned, the car stops suddenly, without obstacles in front.
In practice I have a petrol car, with a small tank that consumes a lot due to the weight of the useless electric motor and its batteries.

Had one anoying issue with roof switches not working. After 3 week leadtime for the sparepart the problem was solved. A for VW service.
For me, promised 30 miles. With the heating on I get about 10 or 12. With the heating off I get between 23 and 28 depending on traffic. Heating consumes a lot of battery charge. With a recent software upgrade it has started switching itself to petrol when it's cold and heating needs to work hard, which makes sense and helps a bit with electric range (but not too much, to be honest). What did they say the issue was with the interior light randomly turning on and off? I've got the same issue. Its light a disco in the back and very distracting when driving in the dark.
